Initial Consultation, Mock-up and Site Development Estimate The initial consultation is an intake session or sessions conducted with prospective clients, to ascertain specific needs, goals, target market and other pertinent information required to help begin the process of establishing a successful Web presence. No charges are made until an agreement in writing is made between Rio Paso Web Design and the client.	No Charge
Home Page (Custom) The home page is the "Welcome Mat" to your site. The overall feeling for the site is thus established by the impact made through the Home Page. This will involve the most extensive work in design, coding, graphics, and scripting.	$80.00
Tier 2 Pages Tier 2 pages (those that follow the Home Page), and those which require less coding, are billed at a lower Basic Page Rate.	$35.00/page
Data Entry Large document transcriptions do not involve extensive coding, and therefore are billed at a lesser rate.	$15.00/hour
Artwork Development Artwork, logos, banners, animated graphics, FLASH Presentations, etc.	$30.00/hour
Image Scans Includes optimization, re-sizing, effects, etc.	$5.00/each
Search Engine Submission Upon completion of your Website, we will register your site with the top 10 search engines at no additional cost. Quarterly submissions can be done at a nominal fee.	No charge for initial submission. If you desire us to submit quarterly, the charge is $10.00/quarter
Form Development/Maintenance We recommend that your contact forms be encrypted to prevent scammers from accessing your e-mail information through the source code. If you choose this method of form handling, the cost is a nominal yearly fee.	$15.00/year
Java Scripting Java Scripting can make your site more functional; i.e., pop-up menus, scroll message bars, search engines, etc. or just plain fun, depending on the goals for your site.	$10.00 - $30.00/instance
E-Commerce Shopping Cart Not everyone needs one. A PayPalŪ account, for instance might work just fine for you. If however, you feel a dedicated e-commerce solution would be right for you, we can create it. All our shopping carts become YOUR property. There is no monthly fee...YOU OWN IT.	E-Commerce Shopping Carts start at $750.00 for small to medium businesses.
Site Maintenance Changes, updates made to existing sites created by Rio Paso Web Design. We will maintain your site as needed either as a per session basis billed at $16.00/hour (2 hour minimum) or on a yearly contract @ $195/year. Maintenance includes updating text, etc. It does NOT include addition of new web pages. New web pages are billed at the Tier 2 rate; $35/page.
